We invite all our customers to post a review about the purchased product. Anyone can post a review, but with the help of the shopping cart logo in front of the name you can easily recognize if someone has actually bought this product in our webshop.
We post positive and negative reviews. However, the submitted reviews are assessed on content before they are published on the website. The assessment is then based on language use and relevance, so we do not post complaints about carriers and other non-product related matters with the products. This assessment takes place within a week after submitting the review. Paid reviews are not allowed, but we do hold a lottery in which we randomly raffle a voucher worth €50 after every 50 reviews. Every posted review counts for this and the winner is announced publicly via our social media.
For professionals who have known for a long time what they want, we also offer professional custom service. You can pay on account (in consultation) and use advantageous custom offers for the delivery of high-quality devices and products for professional applications.

Nowadays it is virtually impossible to keep every product in stock ourselves, so we partly rely on our partners. Up-to-date stock information, fast response times in case of problems and very short delivery times. We link this to the information on our website, so "in stock" really does mean in stock. Unfortunately, 100% error-free is impossible, but in that case we will work with our partners to find a fast and adequate solution. Promise!
